Share experience. Protect privacy.
Use a nickname and describe your experience without personal identifiers. Never post full receipt numbers, A-Numbers, Social Security numbers, addresses, contact details or immigration documents. Do not share another person’s case without permission.
Be respectful and helpful
People arrive with different backgrounds and circumstances. No hate, threats, harassment, targeted insults, graphic content or encouragement of harm. Give others space to disagree respectfully.
Be clear about what you know
Distinguish personal experience from official guidance. Include an official source and date when discussing policy. No impersonation of USCIS, moderators or legal professionals; no fabricated results, scams, paid solicitation or spam. Another person’s timeline does not predict yours.
