About this service
Night Owls provides ImmiLuma to help you organize your immigration journey, learn from official resources and exchange experiences. These terms describe use of the app. Use the service only when you have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to do so.
Information, not legal representation
ImmiLuma is independent of USCIS and all government agencies. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation and does not submit applications for you. Community posts and educational materials are general information, not individualized legal advice. Consult a qualified immigration professional about decisions affecting your situation.
Verify with official sources
Saved case events may be entered by you and are not necessarily USCIS updates. This preview does not provide live personal case tracking. Visa Bulletin comparisons use the category, country and date you enter; filing charts and final action dates serve different purposes. A matching cutoff does not establish full eligibility or guarantee approval. News may be delayed, incomplete or later corrected. Read the linked official source and your notices before acting. Practice questions and self-scored citizenship exercises are not official examinations or guarantees of success.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and family information you are authorized to manage. Do not misuse the service, access another person’s private data, impersonate government officials, evade security controls, distribute harmful content or use the community for fraud, harassment or unsolicited solicitation.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give Night Owls permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Community posts and replies are public to app visitors; private journey records and private files are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload material that infringes others’ rights or exposes information you are not permitted to share.
Community moderation
Follow the Community guidelines. You can report content and block members. We may review reports, hide content or restrict participation when necessary to address violations or protect users. Automated filters and moderation cannot detect every issue. Contact support to ask about a moderation decision.
Availability and third parties
The app, official feeds, notifications and connected services can be interrupted or changed. Keep original documents and independently track official deadlines. Third-party websites and sign-in services have their own terms. The current preview features are free; any future paid offering will disclose its price and terms before a purchase.
Ending use and your rights
You may stop using the app, clear a workspace or delete your cloud account through Account & data. We may limit access for misuse or where required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or an immigration outcome. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
